Celeste Hoyt Shields has been practicing law for almost fifteen years. Although based in Albany, she has represented clients all over south Louisiana. Her practice is primarily focused on business and commercial law, with an emphasis on transactional work and business advice and planning. She also practices in the areas of successions, estate planning, public entities law, and criminal expungements.
While at law school, she was a member of Loyola’s Law Review Journal. Celeste is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the 21st Judicial District Bar Association, and previously served on the Civil Service Board for the City of Hammond. Her goal is to always provide quality and efficient representation to her clients, while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism..
